mvpvin Terms and Conditions

The following terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" or "mvpvin" — The mvpvin website (mvpvin.lat) and all associated pages, services and software.
• "User" — Any person who has registered on mvpvin or is using the platform.
• "Account" — A User's registered personal account on mvpvin.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, cashback or reward provided by mvpvin.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place bets a specified number of times before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Balance" — The total funds held in an account, including both real money and bonus credits combined.

• To create an account on mvpvin you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in account forfeiture.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure.
• Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to us immediately.
• mvpvin reserves the right to refuse account registration at any time and for any reason.

mvpvin conducts an identity verification process (Know Your Customer — KYC) for security and fraud prevention. Before a withdrawal or at any time, we may request the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Use of third-party payment methods is not permitted.
• mvpvin reserves the right to refuse or return any deposit in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300.

Withdrawal Terms

• After a withdrawal request is submitted, processing is generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• If an active bonus is in place, the specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit.
• mvpvin reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal in cases of suspicious activity.

mvpvin offers new users a 200% bonus of up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• ৳6,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000

• Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions, which are clearly stated at the time the bonus offer is made.
• mvpvin reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Using multiple accounts, providing false information or engaging in any other fraudulent activity to obtain a bonus will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the bonus.
• Bonuses are provided only in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
• If mvpvin determines that a User is abusing bonus terms, the relevant bonus or the entire account may be cancelled.

mvpvin has three VIP tiers and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on User activity and is at mvpvin's discretion. Specific cashback terms will be provided separately.

mvpvin is committed to ensuring a safe and balanced environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to hack, crack or carry out any other cyber attack on accounts.
• Placing bets using software bots, scripts or automated systems.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Stealing or using another User's account credentials.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting any technical error or glitch in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving inappropriately toward other Users.

All content on the mvpvin website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and other elements — is the exclusive property of mvpvin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Users may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content from the platform without prior written permission from mvpvin.
• Game software and related content is operated under licences from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Spribe, JILI and others).
• Unauthorized use of mvpvin's trademarks, logos or brand name for any purpose is strictly prohibited.

• All transactions and personal information are protected by SSL encryption technology.
• mvpvin does not sell Users' personal information to third parties.
• Information may be shared with regulatory authorities as required to comply with applicable law.
• Users may request to update, correct or delete their personal information.

mvpvin places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that betting is for entertainment, not as a way to solve problems.

• mvpvin provides Users with deposit limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options.
• If anyone under the age of 21 uses mvpvin, their account will be cancelled immediately.

• If fraud or problematic gaming behaviour is suspected, mvpvin may restrict an account on its own initiative.

mvpvin makes every effort to provide uninterrupted and error-free service, however mvpvin is not liable for the following:

• Betting losses caused by technical errors, internet connection issues or server disruptions.
• Problems arising from incorrect information provided by the User.
• Any errors or discrepancies in the software of third-party game providers.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Issues related to the User's device or network.

Closure by the User

A User may request account closure at any time by contacting us via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. All pending withdrawals will be processed before closure.

Closure by mvpvin

mvpvin may suspend or cancel an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

Changes to Terms

mvpvin reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify Users in advance. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
